Innovative support to evolving business

Consulting Services

Clearwater Advantage works with businesses to develop a bespoke programme of improvement. No two businesses are the same and neither are the challenges they face. Our consulting services are not delivered as a templated package, but each engagement is designed to meet the needs of the client in terms of scope, duration and depth of engagement.

We offer a free, no obligation, initial discussion to explore your business needs and for you to decide whether you are interested in the support we can provide. This can be face-to-face, by telephone or Skype.

A typical engagement would start with an initial discovery phase to identify the key issues to be addressed in unlocking business growth, followed by designing the measures to drive the desired improvement and then executing the implementation plan.

The level of our engagement can vary from advice on strategy at board level down to practical implementation on the shop floor, with as much hands on involvement (or as little) as is appropriate. We can coach your team in driving improvement themselves or roll up our sleeves and pitch in to help.

Similarly, the length of our engagement can be from a short, sharp health check and identification of key issues to ongoing support and advice throughout a period of growth, with email and telephone support throughout.

For more information or for an initial discussion contact us.
